To include preliminary meeting to establish objectives/budget; sourcing quality commissioned writers; issuing press packs and pictures; monitoring writers during and after the trip; collating published copy; costing the value to the client of the project in advertising rate terms; and supplying the client with a wind-up report and meeting.
